I didn’t realize Morning Meltdown had two different calendars. (hard because I have zero endurance because I hate cardio) Perfect!! Morning Meltdown 100: Workouts 1 and 2 Physical results always come with workouts it’s the mind you have to convince to show up in the first place! No, you don’t have to do it in the morning! More like there’s been a shit ton of changes (like quitting my job) and now that the kids have been back in school for a few weeks it feels like we’re finally back into a routine. I haven’t been blogging much lately and it’s not because I haven’t had anything to say. I’m starting a new workout today and I wanted to share my Morning Meltdown 100 quick overview with you in case you’re looking for something new to try!
